
Statute

The Landlord - a person who has the right to manage the property for the purpose of renting it, is hereinafter referred to as the Host.

The Tenant, hereinafter referred to as the Guest, is a person who contacted the Host to rent the Facility and who confirmed the rental by paying the deposit and deposit.

The Lessor (Guest) is obliged to stay in the property during the lease, is responsible for the property and is directly responsible for all participants of the stay in Narnia.

If, due to unintentional or random reasons, the Guest is unable to stay in the facility, he or she is obliged to inform the Host about the situation as soon as possible in order to obtain appropriate consent. In addition, he is obliged to indicate a person and provide personal data and contact details of the person who will be responsible on his behalf for the property and other people staying in the facility.

Subletting the premises without the required consent of the Host will constitute a violation of the regulations and will result in the loss of the deposit.

The property is rented only for the number of people agreed with the Host. The Guest may not, without the Host's consent, make the rented property available for overnight stay or daily stay for additional people (beyond the agreed number) treating them as their guests. Failure to report additional people to the Host for additional arrangements will result in the loss of the deposit.

Each person staying in the facility above the number of people agreed with the Host is subject to a fee of PLN 100, regardless of the length of stay; if the stay exceeds 12 hours, it is PLN 100 for each day of stay.

The guest is financially liable for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices resulting from his or her fault or the fault of people visiting him/her.

The guest is fully responsible for damage to the tub resulting from improper use. In particular, damage resulting from too low a water level - water should always fill the tub at least 20 cm above the stove, and damage resulting from failure to close the stove flap.

The guest is fully responsible for dirtying the sauna boards, ultimately replacing them if the dirt cannot be removed.

If the Guest identifies any disturbing infrastructure activity, they are required to stop using it as soon as possible and report it to the Host immediately. In the case of a hot tub, leave the hot tub and stop adding fuel to the stove. In the case of a sauna, leave the sauna and turn off the power. In the case of a barn, leave the barn and turn off the power. In the case of a TIPI, put out the fire and leave the TIPI.

Identification of faulty infrastructure activity and failure to stop using it fully burdens the Guest with responsibility and all legal and financial consequences that arise as a result.

The host will provide you with a unique entry code and a padlock to secure the bikes before arrival. The codes are active during the guest's stay at the facility.

The hotel day starts at 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 12 p.m. on the day of departure. It is possible to change the check-in hours by prior arrangement with the Host.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all buildings, violation of this prohibition will result in loss of the deposit.

Night silence is in force from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Narnia reservations can be made by phone, e-mail or via dedicated online portals. The reservation is considered confirmed after paying a deposit of 50% of the cost of stay within 3 days of making the initial reservation.

Payment of the deposit and thus making an effective reservation constitutes confirmation of acceptance of the reservation conditions specified in these regulations.

7 days before arrival, the guest is obliged to transfer a deposit to the bank account in the amount of PLN 1,000. The deposit is returned by transfer up to 7 days after check-out and viewing of the facility, and after the Guest has settled all amounts due.

The remaining amount for the stay should be paid by bank transfer no later than 7 days before arrival.

In the event of departure before the expiry of the booked date, for reasons beyond the control of the hosts, the amount charged for the stay is not refundable.

It is not allowed to take or move elements of internal equipment outdoors (ping-pong table, pillows, tables, chairs, etc.)

The guest is obliged to maintain order and use all rooms in accordance with their intended purpose.

The Guest is obliged to keep the house and shared properties tidy, and to return them in their original condition, which includes, in particular, leaving washed kitchen equipment before leaving, throwing away the garbage and arranging all furniture and equipment in the same way as provided by the Host.

The guest is obliged to turn off the lights outside at night (terrace, bar).

At Narnia, we segregate waste: plastic, glass, metal, paper, organic and general waste. Once the bag is full, take it out to the stables to the stall on the left. Never leave the stable open, just a few dozen minutes and the birds will start building their nests inside. Due to wild animals, never leave food leftovers outside overnight.

Under no circumstances should you throw diapers, tampons or cotton pads into toilets. We throw these items into waste containers located next to the toilet.

In the house, there is an absolute ban on lighting the tile stove located in the kitchen. Lighting it may cause smoke and pose a danger to people staying in the house. The tenant is responsible for all consequences related to this. For violating the ban, the landlord may impose a fine of 150 euros.

The house is heated by a central furnace, each room has a radiator that can be adjusted with a knob. Each room and bathroom also has electric radiators that can be turned on when needed.

Parking on site is free and unguarded. The host is not responsible for vehicles left behind or for the property contained in them, and is not responsible for the loss or damage of guests' property.

Each parent (guardian) is responsible for the safety and damage caused by children under their care.

Due to fire protection regulations, it is prohibited to use any electrically powered devices in the rooms, e.g. heaters, burners, etc., which are not part of the equipment of these rooms.

Organization of events is possible only after prior arrangement with the Host.

Arrival with a pet is possible, please report it and pay the pet fee according to the current price list. The owner of the pet is fully responsible for any damage the pet may cause.

The dog owner is obliged to clean up his pet's excrement in the immediate vicinity of the house and buildings.
Detailed regulations for the use of infrastructure:

Sauna regulations

We use the sauna naked, without clothes or flip-flops.
-
We do not consume food or drinks in the sauna.
-
We never sit directly on the boards, all body parts should rest on towels.
-
We never use the sauna under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.
-
Do not touch the stove elements - they are very hot and may cause burns.
-
It is forbidden to pour large amounts of water into the stove, which will damage the heaters.
-
Use aromas very carefully, a few drops per tablespoon of water.
-
After the session, we first rinse ourselves with water - in a garden shower or in the bathroom at home, to rinse off the sweat, and only then do we enter the cooling container (next to the sauna) or a wooden tub.

Minors may use the sauna only under the supervision and full responsibility of their guardians.

Jacuzzi Regulations

To reach a temperature of 39 degrees, the tub should be heated by burning in the stove for about 4 hours (5 hours in winter),

We only burn wood designed for this purpose (prepared).
-
Be careful with the metal elements of the stove because they are very hot and can cause burns.

Make sure that the plug in the jacuzzi is closed and fill the jacuzzi with water, the hole above the lamp must always be under water, optimally 5 cm. The tap opens on the side of the house on the beach side

Light the fire in the stove (only if the water is above the hole above the lamp inside the jacuzzi), the wood is in a foil house next to the jacuzzi

Every few minutes, turn on the hydromassage for 60 seconds, this will mix the water and heat the jacuzzi faster
-
While the water is heating, leave the thermal cover on the jacuzzi, the water will heat up faster.

Before using the bath, remove the Jacuzzi cover and place it on a wooden platform under the fence, lean the cover against the fence

When the water gets hot enough, stop adding water to the stove and reduce the air flow to the stove - by moving the lower plate to limit the air flow.

If the water is too hot, you can add cold water from a garden hose

After finishing your bath, turn off the hydromassage and light, and put the thermal cover on the Jacuzzi. Also remember to turn off the water on the side of the house.

We never use the tub under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants, because this may pose a risk of drowning.
-
Minors may use the tub only under the supervision and full responsibility of guardians.

The portions of wood have been marked, using more wood than agreed is settled according to the price list in the rental regulations - below. An additional portion of wood is located in the greenhouse next door.

Remember, never leave the fire unattended.

the maximum number of people in the jacuzzi is 8, it is strictly forbidden to dance in the jacuzzi and to step on the thermal cover

the hydromassage should not be turned on for longer than 4 hours, after that time it should be turned off for 30 minutes

In case of freezing temperatures outside, the request for water exchange must be made in advance due to the water being shut off outside the building. The landlord is not obligated to carry out the water exchange service if the personnel required to perform it, especially during weekends, are not available.

Observation Platform Regulations

The safe load on the platform is 8-10 people, the maximum load is 750 kg.

Barn
-
There is a sound system in the barn. Connect your device to the 3.5 mm mini jack cable. Please remember that night silence applies from 10 p.m. - the construction of the barn means that the sound can be heard very far away.

After 10 p.m., you should not play loud music outside or in the barn; playing loud music at home is permissible, as it does not negatively impact the neighborhood.

There are old TVs with video games in the barn, turn them on and set the appropriate program on the TV.
-
There is atmospheric lighting in the barn - set the mood according to your needs.

There are books and games in the barn, if you are interested in a book, you can take it home - when you read it to the end, send it to Narnia's address. Let us know :)

Campfire - TIPI

Lighting a fire is only allowed in TIPI under the supervision of a sober person of legal age

Be careful, the fire is hot and may cause burns ;)

Only use wood prepared before the TIPI.

Make sure the flame height does not exceed 1 meter.

Never leave a fire unattended, extinguish it when you are done. Next to the TIPI, next to the container, there is a tap and a water hose.

The portion of wood has been marked, the use of more wood than agreed is settled according to. price list in the rental regulations - below.

Bicycles (in the stable)

During the rental, the bicycles are under the guest's care.

The host is not on site, so he will not help in the event of a puncture. Take an extra tube, a changing kit and a pump for your trip.

Please report any faults to us so that we can rectify them for future guests.

Put all the bikes in the stable overnight and lock it up.
